My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2025 #SWC

Hoy tenía una misión: ¡descansar para la hora de la verdad, mi entrenamiento de esta noche! 😴 Mi plan era claro: evitar cualquier pensamiento de entrenamiento, solo dormir y trabajar. Quería ver cuál era mi verdadero nivel después de tres días de descanso. Aunque no fueron días de reposo total, sí que no tuve entrenamientos intensos, así que se podría decir que mi sesión matutina fue… ¡mental! 🧠
Y casi lo logro, ¡lo juro! 😂 Pero mi fuerza de voluntad es tan débil como un mal chiste, así que en el trabajo no me aguanté. De repente, ¡pum!, hice tres repeticiones de Tuck Planche Neutro a Straddle Planche Neutro en el suelo. Es increíble cómo mi mente sabotea mis propios planes. ¡Qué cosa tan loca! 😜
El día estuvo supertranquilo, no hubo mucho que hacer. Nos cayó un tremendo palo de agua que por suerte no afectó tanto. 🌧 Acompañé a buscar una pintura en la empresa que no teniamos, y también a recoger unos palos y rastrillos para unos pedidos que tenemos. ¡Todo súper normal!
Pero lo que sí quiero mencionar es el gran desafío que fue el transporte hoy. ¡Dios mío! 😤 Estuve casi una hora en la parada, esperando y desesperando. Y cuando por fin llegaron los autobuses, ¡no les entraba ni un alma más! 🚌 La gente iba súper apretada y aun así seguían llenándose. De verdad, fue una experiencia muy fea. Me recordó la importancia de valorar las cosas simples, como el poder moverse con comodidad. 😅
Así que, después de esa odisea, estoy de vuelta en casa, listo para mi verdadero entrenamiento. ¡A darlo todo! 🚀

Today I had a mission: to rest up for the real test—my workout tonight! 😴 My plan was simple: avoid any thoughts of training, just sleep and work. I wanted to see what my true level was after three days of rest. Although they weren't days of complete rest, I didn't do any intense workouts, so you could say my morning session was... mental! 🧠
And I almost made it, I swear! 😂 But my willpower is as weak as a bad joke, so at work I couldn't resist. Suddenly, boom! I did three reps of a Tuck Planche to Straddle Planche on the floor. It's amazing how my mind sabotages my own plans. What a crazy thing! 😜
The day was super calm, not much to do. We had a huge downpour, but luckily it didn't cause too much trouble. 🌧 I went with someone to pick up some paint from the supplier, and also some sticks and rakes for some orders we have. Everything was super normal!
But what I do want to mention is the huge challenge transportation was today. Oh my gosh! 😤 I was at the bus stop for almost an hour, waiting and getting frustrated. And when the buses finally arrived, they were already completely full! 🚌 People were crammed in, and they kept filling up. It was really a terrible experience. It reminded me of the importance of appreciating the simple things, like being able to travel comfortably. 😅
So, after that ordeal, I'm back home, ready for my real workout. Let's go all out! 🚀
