My Actifit Report Card: March 9 2026

Hoy ha sido un día de lucha constante contra el malestar físico y el agotamiento acumulado de los últimos tres días.
Jornada Laboral y Traslados
Me levanté temprano con mucho malestar, pero la determinación de cumplir con mis responsabilidades me hizo salir de casa.
Logística: Intenté conseguir un aventón con el encargado de la empresa hermana, pero al no coincidir, tuve que enfrentar el transporte público en un estado físico muy precario.
Oficina: Llegué tarde debido a mi condición y al transporte. Trabajé lo que mis fuerzas permitieron y pedí permiso para retirarme temprano para evitar un colapso mayor. No comí durante la jornada para evitar complicaciones digestivas.
Recuperación y Entrenamiento
Al llegar a casa a las 4:00 p.m., finalmente pude ingerir alimento (desayuno/almuerzo), lo que me provocó un letargo profundo hasta las 6:00 p.m.
Sesión de Barra: A pesar de la debilidad, asistí al parque de 6:00 p.m. a 7:30 p.m.
Rendimiento: El nivel estuvo notablemente bajo debido a la falta de sueño y los días de enfermedad. Entiendo que la vida tiene estos altibajos y que recuperar el nivel llevará tiempo y paciencia.
Estado de Salud
Llevo tres días con malestar persistente y falta de descanso. Mi prioridad ahora es reportar y dormir lo suficiente para permitir que el cuerpo inicie su proceso de recuperación real.
Hoy aprendí que a veces el mayor acto de fuerza es saber cuándo el cuerpo necesita tregua. ¡Mañana será otro día! ✌️
Today has been a day of constant struggle against physical discomfort and the accumulated exhaustion of the last three days.
Workday and Commuting
I woke up early feeling very unwell, but my determination to fulfill my responsibilities made me leave the house.
Logistics: I tried to get a ride with the manager of the sister company, but when our schedules didn't align, I had to face public transportation in a very precarious physical state.
Office: I arrived late due to my condition and the transportation issue. I worked as much as my strength allowed and asked permission to leave early to avoid a major collapse. I didn't eat during the day to avoid digestive problems.
Recovery and Training
Upon arriving home at 4:00 p.m., I was finally able to eat (breakfast/lunch), which led to a deep sleep until 6:00 p.m.
Bar Session: Despite feeling weak, I attended the park from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Performance: My level was noticeably lower due to lack of sleep and recent illnesses. I understand that life has its ups and downs, and regaining my previous level will take time and patience.
Health Status
I've been experiencing persistent discomfort and lack of rest for the past three days. My priority now is to report back and get enough sleep to allow my body to begin its true recovery process.
Today I learned that sometimes the greatest act of strength is knowing when your body needs a break. Tomorrow is another day! ✌️
