Resistencia física total en la jornada 🦾🔥

​Hoy fue un día marcado por el esfuerzo físico extremo, donde el trabajo de almacén se convirtió en mi primer entrenamiento del día.

​Logística y Trabajo de Fuerza

​Inicié el día temprano logrando tomar transporte rápido. En la empresa, la jornada fue totalmente operativa debido a la llegada de mercancía.

​Carga y Descarga: Pasé gran parte del día subiendo y bajando bultos de cemento, láminas de zinc y materiales pesados.

​Cierre de Jornada: El esfuerzo final consistió en subir 150 cabillas a un camión. Logré completar la tarea junto al gerente y el encargado de almacén.

​Gestión Administrativa: Mientras realizaba el trabajo físico, supervisé a mi aprendiz, quien se encargó de suministrar los datos a los libros de compra y venta para mantener la contabilidad al día.

​Entrenamiento y Rendimiento

​Tras la jornada laboral, recibí apoyo con el traslado a casa, lo que me permitió ahorrar energía para mi entrenamiento personal.

​Rutina de Piernas: Realicé mi circuito completo de piernas. A pesar del cansancio por el movimiento de cabillas y cemento, logré terminar la sesión.

​Barras: Finalicé la actividad física en las barras para mantener el ritmo de entrenamiento de la semana.

​Estado Físico

​A pesar de los malestares de los días anteriores, hoy el cuerpo respondió al trabajo pesado. Sigo monitoreando las sensaciones en el brazo y la muñeca para evitar que el exceso de carga mecánica cause un retroceso en la recuperación.

Hoy el éxito fue la capacidad de trabajo bajo fatiga. ¡Mañana seguimos! ✌️

Total Physical Endurance Today 🦾🔥

Today was a day marked by extreme physical effort, where warehouse work became my first workout of the day.

Logistics and Strength Work

I started the day early, managing to catch fast transportation. At the company, the day was fully operational due to the arrival of merchandise.

Loading and Unloading: I spent a large part of the day carrying bags of cement, zinc sheets, and heavy materials up and down the stairs.

Ending the Day: The final effort consisted of loading 150 rebars onto a truck. I managed to complete the task along with the manager and the warehouse supervisor.

Administrative Management: While performing the physical work, I supervised my apprentice, who was in charge of entering the data into the purchase and sales ledgers to keep the accounting up to date.

Training and Performance

After work, I received assistance with transportation home, which allowed me to save energy for my personal training.

Leg Routine: I completed my full leg circuit. Despite the fatigue from moving rebar and cement, I managed to finish the session.

Pull-ups: I finished my workout on the pull-ups to maintain my training rhythm for the week.

Physical Condition

Despite the discomfort I experienced in previous days, my body responded well to the heavy work today. I continue to monitor the sensations in my arm and wrist to prevent excessive mechanical stress from hindering my recovery.

Today's success was my ability to work under fatigue. We'll continue tomorrow! ✌️
