Ayer fue un día de ajustes logísticos y un cambio importante en mi metodología de entrenamiento.
Jornada Laboral y Logística
Transporte: Inicié el día con dificultades en la segunda parada. Tuve que esperar hasta el cuarto autobús para poder movilizarme, lo que resultó en una llegada tardía a la empresa.
Gestión de Tiempo: Tras cumplir con mis responsabilidades en la oficina, regresé a casa enfocado en aprovechar el tiempo restante.
Entrenamiento y Evolución Técnica
Debido al retraso del transporte, tuve que ser muy eficiente con mi tiempo de ejercicio.
Circuito de Piernas: Realicé mi rutina de piernas en casa inmediatamente al llegar, asegurando el trabajo del tren inferior.
Nueva Modalidad en Barras: Decidí cambiar mi enfoque habitual. En lugar de cerrar con los combos de siempre tras el calentamiento, dediqué la sesión a la experimentación y aprendizaje de combos nuevos. Este cambio es vital para seguir progresando en la calistenia.
Rol de Instructor: Se unió una nueva integrante al grupo de entrenamiento. La asumí como mi pupila, brindándole las inducciones básicas y guiándola en sus primeros movimientos en la barra.
Reflexión
Enseñar a otros me ayuda a reforzar mi propia técnica. A pesar de los contratiempos en el transporte, logré una sesión productiva y cerré el día con un descanso reparador.
Ayer la victoria fue la paciencia y la transmisión del conocimiento. ¡Seguimos! ✌️
Yesterday was a day of logistical adjustments and a significant change in my training methodology.
Workday and Logistics
Transportation: I started the day with difficulties at the second bus stop. I had to wait until the fourth bus to get around, which resulted in a late arrival to the office.
Time Management: After fulfilling my responsibilities at the office, I returned home focused on making the most of the remaining time.
Training and Technical Evolution
Due to the transportation delay, I had to be very efficient with my workout time.
Leg Circuit: I performed my leg routine at home immediately upon arriving, ensuring a good lower body workout.
New Approach on the Bars: I decided to change my usual approach. Instead of finishing with the usual combos after warming up, I dedicated the session to experimenting with and learning new combos. This change is vital for continued progress in calisthenics.
Instructor Role: A new member joined the training group. I took her on as my student, providing her with basic instruction and guiding her through her first movements on the bar.
Reflection
Teaching others helps me strengthen my own technique. Despite transportation issues, I managed a productive session and ended the day with a restful break.
Yesterday, the victory was patience and sharing knowledge. Onward! ✌️
