Mi reporte de ayer: Entre el papeleo y la exigencia física 🦾📄

​Un día de mucha carga administrativa y un entrenamiento que puso a prueba mi umbral de dolor.

​Gestión Laboral y Logística

​Transporte: Inicié el día temprano, enfrentando la dificultad de los buses colapsados hasta que finalmente logré abordar uno.

​Puntualidad: Llegué de primero a la empresa, cumpliendo con la solicitud de adelantar el papeleo acumulado.

​Estado de Tareas: Logré avanzar en las declaraciones y registros, aunque el registro bancario sigue con retraso debido al volumen de trabajo. Me tomé un momento para registrar fotos de la gatita de la empresa.

​Entrenamiento y Sensaciones Físicas
​Al terminar la jornada laboral, regresé a casa para cumplir con mi disciplina deportiva.

​Circuito de Piernas: Realicé la rutina de tren inferior en casa antes de salir a las barras.

​Sesión de Combos y Lesión: Inicié el entrenamiento de calistenia. El primer combo salió con éxito, pero en el segundo tuve un fallo en el agarre.
​Incidente de Salud: Al fallar el agarre, sufrí un tirón muscular severo que me dificultó la respiración por unos segundos. A pesar del dolor intenso, forcé la recuperación y logré terminar la sesión de entrenamiento antes de regresar a casa.

My report from yesterday: Between paperwork and physical exertion 🦾📄

A day of heavy administrative work and a workout that tested my pain threshold.

Work Management and Logistics

Transportation: I started the day early, facing the challenge of overcrowded buses until I finally managed to board one.

Punctuality: I arrived first at the company, fulfilling the request to get ahead on the accumulated paperwork.

Task Status: I managed to make progress on the declarations and registrations, although the bank registration is still delayed due to the workload. I took a moment to take pictures of the company cat.

Training and Physical Sensations
After finishing the workday, I returned home to fulfill my fitness routine.

Leg Circuit: I did my lower body routine at home before heading out to the bars.

Combo Session and Injury: I started my calisthenics workout. The first combo went well, but I had a grip failure on the second.

Health Incident: When I failed to grip, I suffered a severe muscle strain that made it difficult to breathe for a few seconds. Despite the intense pain, I pushed myself to recover and managed to finish the workout before heading home.
