Mi reporte de ayer: Gestión de fronteras y constancia 🦾🎨

​Un día de mucha presión psicológica en el trabajo, equilibrado con pequeños avances en mis metas personales.

​Desafíos Laborales y Negociación

​Carga Administrativa: El volumen de papeleo y registros alcanzó un punto crítico, afectando incluso mi salud visual por la intensidad del monitor.

​Conflicto de Reuniones: Se convocó una reunión para discutir mis retrasos. Mi postura fue clara: las reuniones consumen el tiempo que necesito para ejecutar.

​Gestión de Recursos: Solicité el apoyo exclusivo de mi aprendiz para acelerar los procesos, aunque la respuesta de la gerencia fue saturarla de tareas adicionales.

​Límite Personal: Se planteó trabajar el sábado, a lo cual me negué rotundamente para proteger mi tiempo de recuperación y entrenamiento.

​Actividad Física y Entrenamiento

Entrenamiento Fraccionado: Ante la incertidumbre del transporte y los compromisos familiares, logré realizar una sesión matutina que fue fundamental para no perder el día.

​Prioridades Familiares: Al llegar, prioricé bajarle unos mangos a mi sobrino en casa del vecino, lo que retrasó mi llegada a las barras en la noche.

​Sesión Nocturna: Aunque no pude completar la rutina completa por la hora, el trabajo acumulado del día mantuvo el cuerpo activo.

​Avance Artístico: El Mural

​El mural de Asta sigue progresando. Tras pintar el pie anteayer, ayer logré avanzar hasta la rodilla. Es un recordatorio de que los grandes proyectos se construyen paso a paso, sin importar cuán difícil sea el entorno.

​Reflexión

​El cansancio visual y el estrés administrativo son factores que debo monitorear. El éxito y el fracaso son el mismo resultado, ayer aprendí que decir "no" es una herramienta de entrenamiento tan importante como un combo en la barra. ¡Seguimos! ✌️

A day of intense psychological pressure at work, balanced by small advances toward my personal goals.

Work Challenges and Negotiation

Administrative Load: The volume of paperwork and records reached a critical point, even affecting my eyesight due to the intensity of the monitor.

Meeting Conflict: A meeting was called to discuss my delays. My position was clear: meetings consume the time I need to execute tasks.

Resource Management: I requested the exclusive support of my apprentice to expedite processes, but management's response was to overload her with additional tasks.

Personal Boundary: Working on Saturday was proposed, which I flatly refused to do in order to protect my recovery and training time.

Physical Activity and Training

Interval Training: Faced with transportation uncertainty and family commitments, I managed to complete a morning session, which was essential to avoid wasting the day.

Family Priorities: Upon arriving home, I prioritized bringing some mangoes to my nephew at the neighbor's house, which delayed my arrival at the bars in the evening.

Evening Session: Although I couldn't complete the full routine due to the time, the accumulated work from the day kept my body active.

Artistic Progress: The Mural

Asta's mural continues to progress. After painting the foot the day before yesterday, yesterday I managed to advance to the knee. It's a reminder that great projects are built step by step, no matter how difficult the environment.

Reflection

Eye strain and administrative stress are factors I must monitor. Success and failure are the same outcome. Yesterday I learned that saying "no" is as important a training tool as a combo at the bar. Onward! ✌️
