My Actifit Report Card: April 13 2026

Un lunes marcado por cambios inesperados en la estructura laboral.
Desafíos Laborales y Cambios de Personal
Logística: Inicié la semana con dificultades en el transporte, lo que resultó en una llegada tardía a la empresa.
Conflicto de Estructura: Se produjo un problema en la empresa hermana (vinculada familiarmente a la nuestra). Como consecuencia, retiraron a mi compañera y aprendiz para cubrir vacantes allá, bajo acusaciones injustas.
Aumento de Carga: Al quedarme sin apoyo, el volumen de trabajo administrativo y de registros ha recaído totalmente sobre mí, aumentando la presión para el resto de la semana.
Actividad Física y Entrenamiento
A pesar del cansancio mental por la situación en la oficina, mantuve el movimiento físico:
Circuito de Piernas: Al llegar a casa, cumplí con la rutina de tren inferior para no perder la base de fuerza.
Sesión de Barras: Entrené en el parque, enfocándome en mantener la técnica a pesar de no haber podido realizar la sesión matutina. La constancia nocturna compensó la falta de actividad al inicio del día.
Avance Artístico: La Forma Demoníaca de Asta
Progreso del Mural: Dediqué tiempo a trabajar las zonas de negro sólido en el mural. El dibujo está cobrando una fuerza visual tremenda; el contraste entre la luz y la sombra representa bien la dualidad de mis días actuales.
Estado Mental: Pintar después de un día de estrés laboral me ayuda a procesar la frustración y convertirla en algo tangible.
Reflexión
Aunque siento que la disciplina flaquea por el cansancio, el hecho de haber ido a la barra y avanzado en el mural demuestra que el motor sigue encendido. El éxito y el fracaso son el mismo resultado, ayer la lección fue la adaptabilidad ante la pérdida de recursos en el trabajo. ¡Seguimos! ✌️
A Monday marked by unexpected changes in the work structure.
Work Challenges and Staff Changes
Logistics: I started the week with transportation difficulties, resulting in a late arrival to the company.
Structural Conflict: A problem arose at the sister company (related to ours). As a result, my colleague and intern were transferred to fill vacancies there, under unfair accusations.
Increased Workload: Without support, the volume of administrative and record-keeping work has fallen entirely on me, increasing the pressure for the rest of the week.
Physical Activity and Training
Despite the mental fatigue from the situation at the office, I maintained my physical activity:
Leg Circuit: Upon arriving home, I completed my lower body routine to maintain my strength.
Barre Session: I trained in the park, focusing on maintaining my technique despite not being able to do my morning session. My consistent evening workout made up for the lack of activity at the start of the day.
Artistic Progress: Asta's Demonic Form
Mural Progress: I dedicated time to working on the solid black areas of the mural. The drawing is gaining tremendous visual power; the contrast between light and shadow perfectly represents the duality of my current days.
Mental State: Painting after a stressful day at work helps me process frustration and turn it into something tangible.
Reflection
Although I feel my discipline falters due to fatigue, the fact that I went to the barre and made progress on the mural shows that the engine is still running. Success and failure are the same outcome; yesterday's lesson was adaptability in the face of lost resources at work. Onward! ✌️
