My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2026

Un día de balance entre las responsabilidades laborales, el entrenamiento físico y la evolución estratégica de mi mural.
Jornada Laboral y Registro Visual
Logística: Inicié el día con dificultades en el transporte, lo que afectó mi llegada puntual, pero logré mantener el ritmo de trabajo administrativo una vez en la oficina.
Momento de Pausa: Capturé algunas fotos de la gatita de la empresa, manteniendo el registro de esos pequeños respiros en medio del papeleo intenso.
Entrenamiento y Realidad Deportiva
Entrenamiento Matutino: Nuevamente mi disciplina matutina se vio afectada por el cansancio acumulado, obligándome a reprogramar el esfuerzo para la tarde.
Circuito de Piernas: Al llegar a casa, cumplí con mi rutina de tren inferior, asegurando que la base del cuerpo siga trabajando a pesar del agotamiento general.
Sesión de Barras: Fui a entrenar con la intención de probar combos de mayor nivel. Sin embargo, el tiempo fue limitado y no logré llegar a la parte técnica de mayor dificultad. Aceptar este límite es fundamental para no forzar las lesiones del tríceps y bíceps.
Avance Artístico: La Espada y el Ala de Asta
Estrategia Creativa: Dediqué tiempo a pintar la espada de Asta. Tomé la decisión de alinear la espada con el ala, creando una continuidad visual que integra la obra mientras dispongo de más tiempo para los detalles finales.
Resultado Visual: El uso de negros sólidos está dándole una profundidad increíble a la pieza, resaltando la naturaleza demoníaca del personaje sobre el fondo gris.
Conexión Familiar: Cerré la jornada pelando los mangos que trajo mi sobrino para hacer jugo, aprovechando el aporte de potasio para la recuperación muscular.
Reflexión
Aunque siento que la disciplina flaquea, el hecho de no haber dejado de entrenar piernas y haber resuelto artísticamente el mural demuestra que sigo en movimiento. El éxito y el fracaso son el mismo resultado, ayer la victoria fue la capacidad de improvisación ante la falta de tiempo. ¡Seguimos! ✌️

Workday and Visual Record
Logistics: I started the day with transportation difficulties, which affected my punctuality, but I managed to maintain the pace of administrative work once at the office.
Break Time: I took some photos of the company cat, keeping a record of those little respites amidst the intense paperwork.
Training and Sports Reality
Morning Workout: Once again, my morning discipline was affected by accumulated fatigue, forcing me to reschedule my effort for the afternoon.
Leg Circuit: Upon arriving home, I completed my lower body routine, ensuring that my core strength continued to work despite the general exhaustion.
Barbell Session: I went to train intending to try higher-level combos. However, time was limited, and I didn't manage to reach the most technically difficult part. Accepting this limitation is fundamental to avoid straining my triceps and biceps.
Artistic Progress: Asta's Sword and Wing
Creative Strategy: I dedicated time to painting Asta's sword. I decided to align the sword with the wing, creating a visual continuity that integrates the piece while I have more time for the final details.
Visual Result: The use of solid blacks is giving the piece incredible depth, highlighting the demonic nature of the character against the gray background.
Family Connection: I finished the day peeling the mangoes my nephew brought to make juice, taking advantage of the potassium boost for muscle recovery.
Reflection
Although I feel my discipline is waning, the fact that I haven't stopped training my legs and that I artistically completed the mural shows that I'm still moving forward. Success and failure are the same outcome; yesterday's victory was the ability to improvise in the face of time constraints. Onward! ✌️
