Hola amigos de #hive, hoy es mi primer día con esta app de actifit, me siento muy contento pues gracias a esta y su integración a Hive e vuelto a retomar mis caminatas, que hace más menos 1 año la había abandonado por la covid, hoy realice una caminata de más menos 4200 pasos para comenzar, complete los 5000 y tantos pasos con las actividades del hogar, generalmente hago caminatas de dos a tres veces a la semana, pienso que en las próximas semanas, pueda aumentar mi rendimiento y completar la meta en un solo recorrido, aquí 👇👇

Les muestro el camino por donde siempre práctico ejercicios, un excelente lugar donde varias personas lo han seleccionado como pista de caminatas, por sus arboles, el fresco que transita que ayuda y favorece la respiración. Es indiscutible los beneficios que el caminar, correr u otra actividad física tiene sobre nuestro cuerpo. Sólo lo sabe el que siempre ha realizado ejercicios, está habituado a realizarlo y lo deja por un tiempo, hoy pocas fotos, en mis próximas salidas les muestro otras áreas, saludos para todos y a descansar, que por ser el primer dia, me agoto un poco. 👋👋👋👋👋👋
