Dzisiaj trening rytmowy. 5x400m w tempie około 3:22min/km. Czuję wzrost formy, dużo lżej mi wchodził trening.
Poniżej screeny z intervals.ici oraz aplikacji Garmin. Dorzucam też fotkę ze stadionu.



PS. Niestety dalej mam problemy z liczeniem kroków. Według Garmina nabiłem dzisiaj blisko 14k, Actifit pokazuje jedynie 10k
