El hacer deporte poco a poco ha ido formando parte de mi rutina diaria; hace dos día tuve la oportunidad de volver a realizar senderismo de montaña con mi familia; en esta oportunidad no s acompaño un lindo perrito que les contare como nos fue en esta subida.

Esta subida decidimos subir como a las 4:00pm ya que el clima estaba como nublado y mi esposo me dijo vamos temprano; pero lo cierto es que cuando salimos el clima cambio y el sol se puso bastante fuerte; Y cuando el clima esta así el cansancio es mayor; de igual forma seguimos adelante.

Este perrito es un amigo muy fiel ya que cuando ve que salimos de la casa se nos va atrás y nos acompaña en la subida al cerro. Mis hijos lo adoran y tiene una gran resistencia ya que siempre llega al final de la montaña; muchos vecinos practican senderismo y también los acompaña. Ya tiene en un lugar del cerro una tacita para colocarle agua en el recorrido.

Siempre me gusta subir y con mis hijos más ya que ellos me motivan a seguir adelante cuando quiero ya quedarme hasta un sitio.

Ya cuando decidimos bajar mis hijos decidieron tomar unos palos para tomarlo como soporte para la bajada ya que muchas veces nos resbalamos; hay que ir un poco frenado para poder bajar de manera más tranquila y que no afecte las rodillas como es mi caso.

Me encontré con una señora que ella iba subiendo y yo bajando. Decía ya no puedo más; si sigo me dará algo; le dije siga adelante poco a poco y a su ritmo; así lo hago yo y llego hasta donde me lo propongo. La verdad este cerro es fuerte en subida pero cuando ya te acostumbras y lo haces a tu ritmo logras subir hasta la cima.

En la parte de abajo, esta un árbol que mis hijos siempre se montan y aproveche de tomarles foto; ellos se divierten mucho y ya tienen el habito de realizar senderismo de montaña en varios cerros de mi localidad. Definitivamente en familia disfruto más estos encuentros con la naturaleza.
