NCAA issues rules for agents; LeBron responds

A memo, obtained by ESPN, says agents of NCAA players wanting to test the NBA draft waters must have a bachelor's degree, three years of NBPA certification and liability insurance. These agents are also required to complete an in-person examination taken at the NCAA office.
