Fight overnight before reaching obese

avatar

It has been a while that I actually properly weigh myself. And maybe because the last 5 months I have been so busy taking care of my parents that I have neglected my food intake habit and just relied on aided food back, especially gluten items that I have allowed myself to go from super healthy range like in the 2019 when I last was in Bangkok for #hivefest to an overweight blob.

For the obese chart to spike 7 points is a really bad thing, and recently my colleague who used to be a gym buff fell into similar case (taking care of his 2 constantly sick daughters) and he is already in obese chart despite he is only 31. 🥲

Time to make a change

Even though I will not be able to attend Hivefest in Amsterdam this year due to another charity event teaming up with @gtpjfoodbank and the rest for fund raising I should reinstate the "get fit for hivefest" challenge back in the day.

Even though I have no more gym to go to, and my age is already in the mid 4 mark.. 😅 which makes losing weight harder.

But that shouldn't be the justification for not getting back to my good old 36 body age again.

What better to restart by eating properly again?

I must say that it is definitely not easy to restart lifestyle without quick fix pastry and crackers, but somethings got to change from the bowel area nonetheless. A healthy stomach and intestine leads to healthy mind; having some greens and a hardboiled egg is a good start.

Next would be pushing myself back to all those Cloe Ting challenges that kept me strong and slim throughout lockdowns until I slacked at my routines.

So far as so food 1.5 weeks have passed and I managed to loose close to 1kg and I still have 4kg to go to get back in shape.

Doing this also because my knees are hurting and keeping my weight at healthy range lessens the over strain on my knees that can result to Total Knee Replacement in the future.

Will I be able to keep this up? 💪🏼🔥
