As fasting continues to many of my fellow Muslim friends in Malaysia, their "season greetings" feel is start to bloom in many malls as family will start shopping for clothes and other necessary decorations for the Eid (Hari Raya) that is less than a month's away.

Nowadays, the usual hamper gifting that was predominantly practised by the Chinese speaking community starts to sip into the Muslim community, where gifts and Hampers are often send to families or to companies.

The usual cookies as hampers are starting to evolve into more wellness conscious as the more expensive gift packs has more care packs inside, or even higher grade tea.

Evolving more towards wellbeing is always much better.

Usually families in Malaysia who celebrates Eid love to have a colour theme for the year, so when shopping for clothes after open fast, enable them to measure their clothes better because, if anyone has attended an open house event during Eid, the hospitable families will do their very best to feed you to the brim 🤣

And speaking of open fast, no matter how much the woes of political analysts saying Malaysia economy is in the shambles, these high end all you can eat Koren Buffet restaurant like this one are still fully packed with hungry souls who have fasted the whole day.

Rain or shine, Malaysians will not ignore celebrations. That's for sure.

Especially post covid era.
