April is here, time for self-care lifestyle and tips breaking procrastination 🙃

A new month and a new quarter is here!

Though it is a little late for Summer Shredding target, but self-love is definitely needed.

I started with clean eating from my last post, so today I should start with other self care, like restarting my exercise before washing your hair and also before sleep night routine by listening to audio Bible as a start.

Restarting an exercise is definitely not easy! But thank goodness Chloe Ting recently have a back to the basics standing abs exercise, but boy, this one is a lot harder because it was deliberately slower paced to train muscle endurance and patience, and just 10 minutes I was already started to sweat. And what a good feeling it was!

I also discovered a gem from YT shorts about this young man who was very determined and well disciplined in his life, and now he shared his secret in how to break procrastination in the brain.

I actually tried it and it sort of worked! 🤯

All you need to do is pause, count to 3 and immediately do the next task. He definitely did a better explanation than me and you should hear his brief share out in the link above.

After my brain has been disrupted from procrastinating, I am trying to do hair and skin care routing before I sleep, too; and that's where the jojoba oil comes in.

I have tried many oil for my hair, and it always leaves a greasy feel that my scalp doesn't agree to it and start feeling itchy.

I so far had tried once with this oil and it seems a lot less greasy. Hopefully my hair will come into acceptance and able to absorb into my hair while nourishing it.
