oops... Time to loose weight seriously?
Ah ha ha ha ha.... this photo has made me realise that I need to loose weight, like urgently.
AI editors won't simply make an individual in that size if there isn't what it is seeing. 🤣
Although I can't say I am really THAT overweight despite I have been stoll trying to make sure I hit AT LEAST 5000 steps a day...

But perhaps my most recent challenging season (thank God it is only 3 months) of consistent paper writing and late night snack+research has pretty much gotten me a little "meaty" than usual.
Plus, I think when age changes and hitting half a century VERY soon, the regular workouts aren't just as effective as usual.
And that's probably the reason, even though I may cringe with my wallet, I think my usual "freeletics chloe ting" style isn't as useful as before as I am not able to sweat as much as I liked. I get out of breath easily.
Moreover the weather outside is so hot it is really hot with a lot of dust (plus stuck indoors with work and research paper) is really not the healthiest for me right now.
Good thing I still have worship duty to keep me active a bit...
However....
I guess no more late night Ramen to keep me awake now. 😅
