Hello friends, a little bit of today's training with a Burpee Box Jump Over

The movement

You perform a burpee in front of a box, then jump to the box on the other side and repeat the process for Wi tests Keep your knees "soft" for easier landing. Keep your knees bent and browned when dismounting When you land, you'll be looking in the right direction for the next burpee. Watch your landings carefully, both in the box and on the ground. There's also an incentive to put your feet in burpees: if you're small, you have a longer jump to the box.
