Verse 19 says, "Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?"
This verse shows us in a more poetic way that we should take care of our body. A temple is a sacred place. Therefore, the body deserves respect and care.
Anyone who doesn't take care of their body is bound to face health problems and complications over time, realize if lying down all day your body starts to hurt, it's made to be moving, exercising, getting stronger.
I've always loved working out since childhood, I practiced Soccer and Swimming in the respective schools, something that has already given me a good foundation. At 14 I started my dance trajectory participating in a dance company, at a time when Axé Music was very successful in Brazil, it was a passion at first sight, dance is definitely part of my life following the trajectory so far 18 years later.

I practiced bodybuilding at some moments in my adolescence but it was never something that attracted me much due to the certain monotony and environment. After a troubled breakup about 3 years ago, reaching my 30s with my metabolism changing, I was introduced to Cross Fit, once again a passion at first sight. A high-intensity toning and fortifying sport, with incredible energy and an environment of cooperation and union.
Extremely tiring and dynamic workouts, high intensity and movement bringing incredible results in a short period of time.
In the video example of a gymnastic movement made by me and my brother, the Toes to Bar

The toes to bar (TTB), also known as the strict toes to bar, is a gymnastics movement that uses your bodyweight to work muscles throughout your entire body. Perform the toes to bar exercise by grabbing a pull-up bar and allowing your legs to hang. With straight legs, lift your lower body through a full range of motion toward the pull-up bar. Lower your legs with a controlled movement before moving to the next rep. With proper form, the toes to bar can increase your flexibility, core strength, and grip strength.A complete and complex movement.

After three years, I'm still trying to avoid missing training to maintain a good sequence, I've had an increase in resistance and strength, in addition to significant changes in my body, I feel very good on a daily basis to do any type of activity or effort, I recommend it to everyone sport, and remember, take care of your temple, take care of your body, it's you who lives in it.
Strength and dedication! Move on!

How good since childhood in sports. That is excellent.
I was in the gym for 5 years but I never reached my ideal weight because I didn't give up junk food completely. I know I have to improve and I'm sure I'm going to do it.
Constancy and dedication I go for you 😉
