     Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de #hive, a todas las personas que ven normalmente todas mis publicaciones por esta plataforma. Hoy vengo a ustedes a mostrarles un poco sobre todo lo que realicé en el día de hoy en un reporte de Actifit, tanto de entrenamiento como de todo lo demás que realicé en este día. Así que espero que les guste muchísimo toda la información que les traigo por acá y, sin más que añadir, vamos con la publicación del día de hoy.

Today I'm here to share a little bit of everything I did today in an Actifit report, both training-wise and everything else I did that day. So, I hope you really enjoy all the information I bring you here, and without further ado, let's get on with today's post.

     Este día fue algo distinto a los demás, ya que normalmente el día de hoy no me tocó trabajar por el simple hecho de que se estaba cuadrando dónde íbamos a ir esta semana, así que ya en estos días lo que hago principalmente es descansar, ya que normalmente es algo que no hago, solamente los fines de semana, y aparte de eso realicé limpieza y cosas así en la casa y aproveché de poder hacer las cosas que tenía que hacer y después de esto me alisté a la hora de entrenamiento para poder hacerlo de una manera efectiva.

This day was a little different from the others, since I normally didn't have to work today simply because I was sorting out where we were going to go this week. So these days, what I mainly do is rest, since that's something I don't normally do, only on weekends. Aside from that, I did some cleaning and other things around the house and took advantage of being able to do the things I had to do. After that, I got ready for training time so I could do it effectively.

     Esta semana en entrenamiento es algo distinto a los demás ya que normalmente esta semana vamos a realizar un entrenamiento de combinaciones la cual requiere muchísima resistencia tanto cardiovascular como física, en este caso realicé bastantes saltos de cuerda a final de rutina y antes de comenzar, aparte de ejercicios de movilidad y fortalecimiento antes de la rutina la cual consistió en combinaciones de alto nivel para poder ganar dicha resistencia y aparte de esto también realizamos fortalecimiento básico con ejercicios simples para generar fuerza y un buen estímulo y ya después de este entrenamiento fui a mi casa a poder descansar ya que fue un entrenamiento muy pesado, así que espero que les haya gustado la explicación que le traigo el día de hoy y sin más nos vemos en el siguiente reporte.

This week in training is somewhat different from the others since normally this week we are going to do a combination training which requires a lot of resistance both cardiovascular and physical, in this case I did a lot of jump rope at the end of the routine and before starting, apart from mobility and strengthening exercises before the routine which consisted of high level combinations to be able to gain said resistance and apart from this we also did basic strengthening with simple exercises to generate strength and a good stimulus and after this training I went to my house to be able to rest since it was a very hard training, so I hope you liked the explanation that I bring you today and without further ado we see you in the next report.
