Holaa gran comunidad de #Actifit nuevamente de vuelta con un nuevo post hoy en el parque Urdaneta con compañeros de grupo calistenico without limits 🔱💪.

En este post pasamos a ver cosas como calentamiento y algo divertido para mí que siempre es retarme y hacer locuras como cargar pesos, hoy la verdad pase mis límites en hacer dominadas con lastre.

  1. lastre de 10 kilos dominada facilísimo 💪
  2. lastre de 20 kilos le sumo más peso algo pesado pero facil.
  3. lastre de 30 kilos otro peso más y está ves si sentí el peso pero se logró la dominada bien echa.
  4. lastre de 45 kilos la verdad aquí si senti la fuerza del peso y casi no logro completar la dominada pero se logro.

luego de tomar la gran locura como calentamiento 🔥, hicimos un reto con mis compañeros @lionfit @bastiensw @hecantoquirox y amigos de without limits el reto consistia de

50 flexiones-25 dominadas
40 flexiones-20 dominadas
30 flexiones-15 dominadas
20 flexiones-10 dominadas
10 flexiones-5 dominadas
25 fondos
burpee+muscle-up x15

tiempo límite 15 min

Rutina muy fuerte y la verdad muy destrozado de pecho y en jale la verdad muy buena y recomendada para desafiarte a ti mismo junto con amigos y probar de que están echos 🔥💪

In this post we went through things like warm up and something fun for me which is always to challenge myself and do crazy things like carrying weights, today I actually passed my limits in doing pull ups with weights.

  1. 10 kilos ballast, very easy pull-up 💪.
  2. 20 kilos ballast I add more weight something heavy but easy.
  3. ballast of 30 kilos another weight more and this time I felt the weight but I got the dominated well done.
  4. weight of 45 kilos the truth here if I felt the strength of the weight and almost failed to complete the dominated but it was achieved.

after taking the big madness as a warm up 🔥, we did a challenge with my partners @lionfit @bastiensw @hecantoquirox and friends from without limits the challenge consisted of

50 push-ups-25 pull-ups
40 push-ups-20 pull-ups
30 push-ups-15 pull-ups
20 push-ups-10 pull-ups
10 push-ups-5 pull-ups
25 dips
burpee+muscle-up x15

time limit 15 min

Very strong routine and the truth very shredded chest and in jale the truth very good and recommended to challenge yourself along with friends and prove what they are made of 🔥💪.
