Paris returns to victories by sweeping Toulouse in the French league

Paris St Germain have regained their winning streak in the last round of the French Ligue 1 championship after a 4-0 home defeat of Toulouse on Sunday.

The rest of the day's matches resulted in a 2-0 win at Strasbourg and a 2-2 draw at home to Nimes.

St Germain, who have six titles in their last seven seasons, have risen to six points in third place, while Toulouse have four points in 12th place after receiving their first loss of the season.

Cameroon star Eric Makem Choupo Moting opened the scoring for PSG in the 50th minute before Toulouse's Matthew Goncalves added a second goal for the French capital with a goal coming through friendly fire in the 55th minute.
