My Actifit: December 9 2019

Didn't get my actifit post done yesterday so using the time travel option to record my steps.

Didn't get out for a walk but traversed my office some.

After work we did a bit of shopping then came home for dinner. We had split pea and ham soup with a bit of pasta.

Then I became a cat bed while watching some Adam Savage videos before bed.
