Credit Suisse, through the Global Wealth Report 2021, highlighted that in 2020 world wealth increased by $ 28.7 trillion (+ 7.4%), reaching a value of $ 418.3 trillion.

Looking at the regional breakdown, it was the US and Europe that increased world wealth.

The report estimated total wealth of $ 11.9 trillion and the presence of 187 thousand millionaires more than last year.

To conclude: 2020 turns out to be the first year in history in which more than 1% of adults globally are millionaires.
