Wednesday Fitness: Surpassing 11k Steps!
Another active Wednesday is in the books! I am very happy to report that I reached 11,166 steps today. It feels great to see my consistency paying off and even improving compared to
my previous sessions.
Activity Breakdown:
Looking at my activity chart for today, January 14th:
Morning Peak: I started strong with a lot of movement between 08:00 and 10:00 AM.
Daily High: My highest activity spike occurred around 14:00 (2 PM) with over 700 steps in a single interval!
Evening: I finished the day with some light movement to reach my final goal.
Staying active has become a vital part of my daily routine. It helps me stay focused and keeps my energy levels high throughout the day. My current AFIT balance is now at 31.741, and I'm excited to see it grow!
