My Actifit Report Card: May 26 2026
Hey Actifit family!
Today was one of those perfect days where the sun was shining, the sky was a beautiful clear blue, and my legs just kept moving. I hit 12,901 steps that’s over 129% of my 10,000 step daily goal! Feeling unstoppable right now.
This morning I decided to explore Old London Road and the surrounding area. What an incredible spot! The moment I walked under the big OLD LONDON ROAD arch, I felt like I stepped into a lovely mix of history and modern life. The streets were full of character beautiful old brick buildings, cute shops, and that amazing summer vibe in the air.
The highlight of my walk was definitely the iconic red telephone boxes. There’s this super cool art installation where a whole row of classic British red phone booths are leaning against each other like dominos. It looks so artistic and fun! I couldn’t stop smiling while taking pictures. These bright red boxes against the blue sky made everything feel so lively and photogenic. Classic Britain at its best!
Walking through this area reminded me why I love staying active so much. Every step brings you new views, new energy, and new memories. Whether you’re walking in nature, through a busy city, or exploring a charming shopping street like this one movement is medicine for both body and soul.
I’m especially proud of my 18-day consistency streak! That little flame in the app is burning strong and it motivates me every single day. Consistency really is the key. Some days you feel like a champion, other days you just show up but showing up is what matters most.
To everyone reading this if you’re having a lazy day, remember even a short walk can change your mood. Put on your favorite playlist or podcast and just go. Your future self will thank you!

I saw the the telephone boxes and though.. Hmm... storage of old boxes and of course someone had to push them to knock them over just because :)
Glad it was artwork and not vandalism.
As for the some days you want to do things and some days you don't. I know that all too well. But staying active is absolutely a grind thing. Keep at it and thanks for posting
