Mi reporte de Actifict: enero 12 2024 - #SWC
Hoy fue un día agotador, pero también gratificante. Tuve que caminar un largo recorrido, desde mi casa hasta el centro comercial más cercano y de regreso, porque no tenía dinero para ir en transporte público. Era una necesidad, tenía que comprar algunas cosas para la semana.
Pero no me quejo, al contrario, disfruté caminar y ver un poco del recorrido. Me gusta observar la gente, los edificios, los árboles, los animales. Me hace sentir parte de algo más grande, de una comunidad.
Today was an exhausting, but also rewarding day. I had to walk a long way, from my house to the nearest mall and back, because I had no money to go by public transportation. It was a necessity, I had to buy some things for the week.
But I'm not complaining, on the contrary, I enjoyed walking and seeing a bit of the route. I like to observe the people, the buildings, the trees, the animals. It makes me feel part of something bigger, of a community.

Llegué a casa a las seis de la tarde, cansado pero satisfecho. Podría haberme quedado a descansar, pero decidí seguir con mi rutina de entrenamiento. Me gusta la calistenia, es un deporte que me desafía y me hace sentir fuerte. Fui a la plaza que frecuento e hice una rutina para el front y piernas, terminé exhausto, pero feliz. Ahora solo me queda ver una serie y dormir.
Este fue mi día, un día de esfuerzo y recompensa. Mañana será otro día, y espero que sea igual o mejor.
I arrived home at six in the evening, tired but satisfied. I could have stayed and rested, but I decided to continue with my training routine. I like calisthenics, it's a sport that challenges me and makes me feel strong. I went to the square I frequent and did a routine for the front and legs, I ended up exhausted, but happy. Now I just have to watch a series and sleep.
This was my day, a day of effort and reward. Tomorrow will be another day, and I hope it will be the same or better.
