Hola 😎 Hoy les quiero contar cómo fue mi día tranquilo de carnaval. No soy mucho de ir a piscinas o playas, así que no salí mucho. Me enfoqué en algunas tareas de mi casa y diversas compras en la mañana. No tuve que trabajar, así que fue un día libre, también de entrenar, fue mi día de descanso. En la tarde decidí salir con mi mascota a pasear un rato, saludé a unos amigos y disfruté la tarde. Un día tranquilo, pero no dejé de moverme, continué activo, lo cual me motiva. Me gusta aprovechar cada momento y sentirme bien conmigo mismo. Espero que ustedes también hayan tenido un buen día de carnaval. Les mando un abrazo. Y nos leemos en un próximo post.
Hi 😎 Today I want to tell you how my quiet carnival day went. I'm not much of a pool or beach goer, so I didn't go out much. I focused on some chores around my house and various shopping in the morning. I didn't have to work, so it was a day off, also from training, it was my rest day. In the afternoon I decided to go out with my pet for a walk, say hello to some friends and enjoy the evening. A quiet day, but I did not stop moving, I continued to be active, which motivates me. I like to take advantage of every moment and feel good about myself. I hope you also had a good carnival day. I send you a hug. And I'll see you in a future post.
