Hoy comencé desde la mañana bañando a mis tres perros ¡ya les tocaba! Aunque fue un poco complicado controlarlos, son algo alborotados, logré que quedarán bien limpios. Ahora lucen como peluchitos recién salidos de la tienda. El tiempo pasó volando mientras realizaba esta tarea, y antes de darme cuenta, ya era mediodía.
Today I started bathing my three dogs in the morning, it was their turn! Although it was a bit complicated to control them, they are a bit rowdy, I managed to get them clean. Now they look like little cuddly toys just out of the store. Time flew by while I was doing this task, and before I knew it, it was already noon.
En la tarde, a las 5 más o menos, me prepare para mi entrenamiento de calistenia. El foco de hoy estaba en el front lever y la fuerza de espalda en general. La rutina fue desafiante pero gratificante, tenía el cuerpo un poco fatigado, pero nada que me detuviera. Cada movimiento me acercaba un paso más a mis objetivos. Además, el cielo al anochecer me regaló vistas espectaculares: tonos cálidos y nubes pintadas de rosa y naranja. Fue un momento para apreciar la belleza de la naturaleza mientras me esforzaba en mi entrenamiento.
En resumen, fue un buen día y también muy productivo. 🌟🐶💪🌅
In the afternoon, at about 5 or so, I got ready for my calisthenics workout. Today's focus was on front lever and overall back strength. The routine was challenging but rewarding, my body was a little fatigued, but nothing to hold me back. Each movement brought me one step closer to my goals. In addition, the evening sky gave me spectacular views: warm tones and clouds painted in pink and orange. It was a time to appreciate the beauty of nature as I pushed myself in my training.
All in all, it was a good day and a very productive one too. 🌟🐶💪🌅
