Hola amigos de #HIVE, #SWC y #actifit. Hoy les comparto el resumen de lo que fue mi caminata hasta mi lugar de trabajo, como ya saben, soy instructor en un gimnasio. Normalmente tardo unos 30 minutos en llegar al gimnasio caminando. Cómo el día ha estado lluvioso no ha hecho tanto sol cosa que hace el camino más sencillo. En cuanto a energías me he sentido muy bien tanto así que está vez me costó menos tiempo del esperado en llegar.
