Hola amigos de #HIVE, #SWC y #actifit. Hoy les comparto una pequeña caminata que realice hoy en la mañana. Hoy me tocó hacer suplencia en otro gimnasio que está a 30 minutos de mi casa así que aproveche para irme caminando. La verdad en las mañana se hace súper tranquilo las caminatas ya que no hay tanto sol, luego de esta caminata comenzaré con mis entrenamientos.

Today I had to substitute at another gym that is 30 minutes from my house so I took the opportunity to walk there. The truth is that in the morning the walks are super quiet since there is not so much sun, after this walk I will start with my training.
