[ESP-ENG] Despidiendo el 2021 de mucho fútbol // Bidding farewell to 2021 with lots of soccer

Luego de pasar un año 2020 en gran parte encerrado por la pandemia, el 2021 las restricciones sanitarias fueron más flexibles y nos permitía salir a jugar un rato al fútbol campo o sala en nuestro tiempo libre.

After spending a year 2020 largely locked in by the pandemic, in 2021 the health restrictions were more flexible and allowed us to go out and play indoor or outdoor soccer for a while in our free time.

Recuerdo que el 28 de diciembre del 2020 fue mi última partida de fútbol sala en aquel año, para este 2021 fue mucho antes. En un encuentro deportivo con profesionales de la radio monaguense, que tengo la dicha de tener algunos amigos de la comunicación, entres ellos está @anthony2019, en donde pudimos disfrutar de unos partidos modo caimaneras con árbitro, fue el pasado 19 de diciembre en la cancha de la avenida El Ejército, cercana a mi sector.

I remember that December 28, 2020 was my last game of indoor soccer in that year, for this 2021 was much earlier. In a sports meeting with professionals of the radio monaguense, that I have the joy of having some friends of the communication, among them is @anthony2019, where we could enjoy some games mode caimaneras with referee, it was last December 19 on the court of the avenue El Ejercito, near my sector.

Pero vamos a comenzar desde enero del 2021, me prometí no perder ninguna oportunidad que tenga de salir un rato a jugar, ya sea fútbol campo, fútbol sala, caimaneras, amistosos o torneos. Iniciando el años, me invitan a formar un equipo de fútbol campo para jugar amistosos contra equipos ya consolidados en el estado Monagas, el primero de ellos fue el Menca, muchos teníamos tiempo sin jugar fútbol campo, pero aún así pudimos empatar 3-3 y con ese resultado contra un rival que entrenan constantemente nos llevó a seguir buscando más amistosos y ver cómo íbamos mejorando con el tiempo.

But we will start from January 2021, I promised myself not to miss any opportunity I have to go out for a while to play, either soccer field, indoor soccer, caimaneras, friendlies or tournaments. At the beginning of the year, I was invited to form a field soccer team to play friendlies against teams already consolidated in the state of Monagas, the first of them was Menca, many of us had some time without playing field soccer, but even so we were able to tie 3-3 and with that result against a rival that train constantly led us to continue looking for more friendlies and see how we were improving over time.

Hasta llegamos a jugar varios amistosos en el mítico Comanche Bottini, en dónde realicé un post contándoles la vez que marqué mi primer gol en el estadio que se encuentra ubicado en el polideportivo de Maturín.

We even played several friendlies in the mythical Comanche Bottini, where I made a post telling you the time I scored my first goal in the stadium located in the sports center of Maturin.

Logramos conseguir las alegrías y no tan alegres en un campo de fútbol, tanto en el Comanche, Fariñas y Menca. También tuvimos la dicha de enfrentar a un equipo de tercera división del fútbol venezolano, el resultado fue vergonzoso (6-0) pero nos quedamos con la satisfacción de enfrentar a un equipo de esa talla como lo fue el Monumentales, que se preparaban para el torneo de bronce de Venezuela.

We managed to get the joys and not so happy in a soccer field, both in the Comanche, Fariñas and Menca. We also had the joy of facing a third division team of Venezuelan soccer, the result was embarrassing (6-0) but we were left with the satisfaction of facing a team of that stature as was the Monumentales, who were preparing for the bronze tournament in Venezuela.

En el fútbol sala, capaz con la que mejor me llevo, en dónde las exigencias son más cortadas, ya que pueden pedir cambio en cualquier momento si notas cansancio, como era en mi caso. Las caimaneras en el fútbol sala fue constante en todo el año, a veces no se jugaba por la falta de balón, pero en cuanto se compraba uno volvíamos a jugar día tras días en la cancha de La Muralla, ubicada en la parroquia Alto de Los Godos de Maturín. Aunque la cancha que tenía más cerca de mi casa estuvo paralizada por falta de los focos y los arcos, hasta que finalizando el año pudimos resolver esas problemáticas, también realice un post dedicado a eso.

In indoor soccer, probably the one I get along with the best, where the demands are more limited, since they can ask for a change at any time if they feel tired, as was my case. The caimaneras in indoor soccer was constant throughout the year, sometimes we did not play because of the lack of a ball, but as soon as we bought one we returned to play day after day on the field of La Muralla, located in the parish of Alto de Los Godos in Maturin. Although the field that was closest to my house was paralyzed for lack of lights and goals, until the end of the year we were able to solve those problems, I also made a post dedicated to that.

Este año 2021 me permitió volver a jugar un torneo de fútbol sala de un nivel muy alto, en la cancha de Los Pinos, también de la parroquia Alto de Los Godos. La cancha se ponía repleta para los partidos, extrañaba esa sensación que no vivía desde el 2019, en ese torneo apenas se pudo ganar un partido y dos perdidos, lo cual nos dejó eliminados en fase de grupo.

This year 2021 allowed me to return to play an indoor soccer tournament of a very high level, on the court of Los Pinos, also in the parish of Alto de Los Godos. The court was packed for the games, I missed that feeling that I had not experienced since 2019, in that tournament we could barely win one game and lost two, which left us eliminated in the group stage.

Mi dificultad para jugar es mi vista y la condición física. Atravieso un problema visual desde hace muchos años, lo cual se me complicaba ver con claridad dentro de una cancha, problema que me llevó a visitar al oftalmólogo, que me recomendó usar lentes permanentes, este tema también lo hablé en este otro post. La condición física con los años no es la misma, la falta de tiempo para entrenar me ha dejado tener una condición física muy por debajo de las exigencias que requiere el fútbol, espero que para este 2022 saque un poco más de tiempo, no solo para jugar sino para salir a correr y entrenar mi cuerpo, si el estudio y el trabaja me lo permite.

My difficulty to play is my eyesight and physical condition. I have had a visual problem for many years, which made it difficult for me to see clearly on the field, a problem that led me to visit the ophthalmologist, who recommended me to use permanent lenses, this topic I also talked about in this other post. The physical condition over the years is not the same, the lack of time to train has left me to have a physical condition far below the demands that soccer requires, I hope that for this 2022 I get a little more time, not only to play but to go running and train my body, if the study and work allows me to do so.
