Luego de pasar una noche festiva vuelvo a escribir de fútbol en la comunidad de @Fulldeportes, espero hayan tenido una bonita navidad. Para cerrar este año 2022, como mi última publicación del FC Barcelona de este 2021, el balance y lo que puede llegar a deparar el próximo año con su presencia en la UEFA Europa League y su lucha por meterse en puestos de Champions para la edición 22/23.

El 2021 para el FC Barcelona no fue para nada positivo, como fanático del club catalán me parece que siempre está ese aire de positivismo en cada partido, en cada competición y hasta incluso en cada amistoso de que de este declive que atraviesa el Barça tiene que pasar, este año quedará enmarcado como el año que perdieron a Leo Messi, además de la mala gestión administrativa con la directiva anterior presidida por José María Bartomeu, y aún con el mando Joan Laporta sigue pasando factura en lo financiero.

Una vez iniciada esta temporada la ilusión se activaba, pensando en que posiblemente sin Messi en la plantilla el equipo saque a luz su potencia en jugadores que de la Masía, como Ansu Fati (actual heredero de la 10 de Messi) y hasta con la llegada de Memphis Depay. Pero las cosas no salieron de la mejor manera, Ansu las lesiones no lo han respetado, ni hablar de Dembélé y el rendimiento poco constante de Depay. Además de la poca continuidad de Coutinho.

La llegada de Xavi Hernández al banquillo culé siempre es una grata noticia la vuelta a casa de alguien que conoce y ama al Barcelona. El compromiso es indudable con Xavi al mando, un exjugador que tiene el antiguo "ADN Barça" que tanta felicidad brindo en el terreno de juego y tiene la linda oportunidad de comenzar a escribir una nueva historia, esta vez desde el banco, intentando potencializar a jugadores nuevos como Gavi, Nico, Pedri, Jutglà, Ansu, Riqui Puig, Ez Abde entre otros.

La despedida temprana de la UEFA Champions League fue un duro golpe para el Barcelona, con Xavi recién llegado sustituyendo a Ronald Koeman, que en fase de grupos sumaron dos victorias un empate y tres derrotas dejándolos en el tercer puesto que le da ascenso a la Europa League, torneo que no disputaba desde el 'Barcelona antes de Messi'.

Alves trae alegría y ganas de aportar, lo cual es positivo tener jugadores que amén el lugar en donde están.

Este 2022 que se aproxima están las esperanzas, siendo lo más optimista posible de ver una mejora en el equipo blaugrana y que se logre obtener un título que celebrar al terminar la temporada, puede ser la difícil Europa League en dónde tiene que pelear la llave contra el Napoli de Italia para avanzar, en caso de superar a los italianos las posibilidades aumentan de ver al Barcelona levantar una copa europea distinta a la Champions. Y también tiene la posibilidad de la Copa del Rey y la Supercopa de España, que se disputa en el mes de enero y tiene que enfrentar al Real Madrid, nada más y nada menos. Y en La Liga seguir sumando a ver si logran rescatar un puesto privilegiado para disputar la Champions 2022/2023.
