8km jog.. been a while since I last jogged 8k. Usually is around the 6k to 7k range. I wanted to push my Actifit count above 10k so I decided to push myself a bit.

44Km accumulated this month. On my way to 500km this year.

The weather today was great. Hot as always in Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia. Around 34 degree Celsius.
