It was a tough jog. Been jogging for the last two days. The last day is usually the hardest. The weather today was great.

39KM total

One more week to jog till 2022. Gonna see if I can pass through 60km. 600Km 2021 goal. I did slower jogs today just to cool down the muscles and not to stretch my cardiac muscles too much.
