My Actifit Report Card: November 26 2022
8.5Km run.
Had a 8.50km run today. Feels great to be running. It was slightly hot but I felt great running. My pace has improved.
Today, something happened at the park.
While I was there, there was an ambulance and fire fighters. An elderly man was stung by hornets. He was walking at about 2 pm. His usual routine.
Then, the hornet nest fell on him. Usually around this time, there isn't much people walking around. So when the nest fell on him, he couldn't defend himself. Three nearby security guard tried to save him but were overwhelmed. One jumped into the lake nearby. Unfortunately, the elderly man passed away.
One more day to run.
