My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2021

I slept in my brother's house last night because I accompany my 2 nephews.

I woke up earlier and prepare for our breakfast. And before I eat, I walked for 30 minutes first.

Since my brother and his wife are not around. I was in charge of cleaning and doing some chores in their house and that's what I did after our Zoom Meeting.

I also prepare snacks for the kids.

In the afternoon we have our usual bonding, play Basminton and Basketball.

And then I feed the dogs.
