Busy day prepping for my brother’s return! After two weeks away, their house needed love—swept the living room, tidied the dining area, and scrubbed the kitchen. All that bending, lifting, and moving kept me active. Later, I took a brisk walk around the block, enjoying the cool evening air. Helping family always feels rewarding, and staying on my feet made it a workout too. Ready to relax now, but glad I got my steps in!
