Patinaje, Deporte y Diversión con Protección./ Skating, Sport and Fun with Protection.
Un gustó saludarles a todos ustedes, queridos compañeros de Hive, hoy hablaremos de la importancia de usar protección al momento de practicar este deporte tan divertido y entretenido cómo lo es él Patinaje.
A pleasure to greet all of you, dear fellow Hive members, today we will talk about the importance of using protection when practicing this sport as fun and entertaining as it is Skating.
Éstos implementos de los que estaremos hablando un poco el dia de hoy son : el casco, las coderas, las muñequeras y las rodilleras.
These implements that we will be talking about today are: helmets, elbow pads, wrist guards and knee pads.
El casco es de gran importancia ya que este protegerá la cabeza de lesiones que pueden darse al ocurrir una caída fuerte, reduciendo el riesgo de muerte y lesiones graves para esto es importante que el mismo este bien calzado y que no se mueva de su lugar.
The helmet is of great importance since it will protect the head from injuries that may occur in a hard fall, reducing the risk of death and serious injuries, for which it is important that the helmet is well worn and does not move from its place.
Las muñequeras ayudarán en caso de caídas y meter las manos, qué no suframos raspones en las plantas de las manos y muy importante que la muñeca este sostenida y evitar que se doble hacía atrás y ocurra una fractura.
Wrist straps will help in case of falls and put the hands in, so that we do not suffer scratches on the soles of the hands and very important that the wrist is supported and prevent it from bending backwards and a fracture occurs.
En el caso de las coderas y las rodilleras éstos deben ser duros para evitar también raspones y posibles fracturas.
In the case of elbow and knee pads, these should be hard to avoid scratches and possible fractures.
Estos implementos son de gran importancia al momento de comenzar en este deporte y mas si se trata de niños. Sin embargo, debemos utilizarlos en todo momento así se trate de alguien profesional, ya que los accidentes siempre pueden ocurrir y de esta manera estaremos evitando lesiones.
These implements are of great importance when starting in this sport and more if it is children. However, we must use them at all times, even if it is someone professional, since accidents can always happen and in this way we will be avoiding injuries.
