Since I got back into swimming and found tremendous benefit from it, I decided to focus on my health once more. This account will be only focusing on fitness, swimming, and healthy lifestyle. You can expect to find swimming tips, my overall fitness journey, and healthy meals too.

I use miband 6 to track all my activity. So, there will be screenshots of them to keep track of it all. This time, I am doing 3 months fitness journey and my life will only be focusing on that. As they said, 3 months is when we start seeing results of our fitness journey. Unlike my regular blog, this one will often be shorter.

I also don't do any particular diet but mostly I keep track of my calorie using myfitnesspal. I found this helpful in the past and will be using it in my blog too.
