Ozark Life ~ September 22 2022
Another beautiful Ozark day. It was much cooler today, 77 degrees F, with a nice breeze and clouds in the sky.
Today served as a firm reminder that summer, although it was in the upper 90’s yesterday, is coming to an end.
@nomaddreamer and I went hiking, wandered through the park, and moved our jewelry workshop tools and furniture around to be a more functional space for us.
I thought for certain the wildlife in the forest would be active, foraging and enjoying the lack of sweltering heat. I was wrong! nomaddreamer and I didn’t see anything other than a few birds. No turtles, no armadillos. Not even the squirrels were out.
The scenery is still gorgeous without the wildlife to focus on, though!
