Exploring the beauty of Nature - My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2025

What's up Hivers? I hope you're doing very well right now. At one time, I used to take a morning walk as a hobby because it gave me a great sense of relaxation both physically and mentally. However, due to the heavy workload I had been engaged in recently, I was under some stress both physically and mentally. However, this morning I was able to take time out for a walk. During that time, I got the opportunity to breathe in the natural air of nature and enjoy mental freedom. In fact, a morning walk is an easy task that anyone can do. It should be noted that it stimulates the body with a lot of energy.
Due to the new baby born to us, I am still living in my wife's parents' house. It is located in a beautiful village called Udugama. Udugama can be described as a generally cold area in the morning. I chose the area between Udugama and Nagoda for a walk in the morning. In fact, walking in this beautiful area full of tea estates, I felt a great sense of refreshment. The trees were blooming and the fragrance was flowing from them. The green color of the tea estates was very beautiful and finally started to release into nature. It can be said that the walk added life to me.
Although the morning was cold, the sun was shining as I walked. At that time, the sky had turned blue and I could see an environment full of white clouds. My walking was able to move forward more strongly because of the life I received from the sun. It should be noted that by being in areas related to nature, we can do all our work successfully. Especially if we start loving nature, our lives will definitely benefit a lot. As I walked forward, many rice fields were shining in the distance in a bright yellow color. These were reflecting the nature in yellow in the sunlight.

The area between Udugama and Nagoda is a mixture of nature. This area is characterized by tea plantations and mountain ranges typical of the hilly region, paddy fields associated with dry weather and intermediate weather, and mangroves typical of the swampy areas. I was able to see several mangrove trees especially close to the Nagoda area. I was also able to explore several canals that provide water to the paddy fields in this area during my visit. In fact, seeing these gives us a special invitation to love nature. Our goal should not be to destroy these. We should always hope to preserve these and pass them on to future generations.
I had the opportunity to walk three and a half kilometers for more than two hours to reach my destination. This period added special experiences to my life and allowed my body to absorb it. In fact, walking is a simple task that we can do as a hobby as well as as an exercise. Walking does not feel much effort. It can be considered an exercise that adds efficiency to the whole body. If any person can allocate their free time for walking, they will be able to maintain their body in a healthy state. Through this walking, they will be able to observe the objects of nature better and absorb all the gifts of nature into their body. That is the life I have gained through my journey.
