If being in failing health is the price for having as much money as both Elon Musk and Warren Buffett combined, it's not a price worth paying. If one is both in failing health and in financial debt, then it's an even worse situation.
Above even wealth, maintaining good health is vital. Part of being healthy is being consistent in the practice of habits which enhance one's health. Not all of us can be Gold Medalists like 1984 US Olympic teammates Mary Lou Retton and Michael Jordan, but we can healthy enough to live good lives with the people we care about.

Shawn Johnson had written 2 books: Shawn Johnson, Olympic Champion: Stories Behind the Smile and Winning Balance: What I’ve Learned So Far About Love, Faith and Living Your Dreams. In both books, she wrote about her life, her journey to becoming a Gold Medal-winning Olympian, and how her intense and demanding training had affected her both physically and on a personal level.
The process of writing these books led her to be co-founder of the website The Body Department. This web site is dedicated to helping women openly discuss topics such as fitness, health, self-image, and wellness. As an entrepreneur, she determined that her goal with The Body Department was to reach women who had experienced and struggled with those very themes. She herself had struggled with those things both during her Olympic experience and in her life afterward, so she wanted to provide a resource for other women so they can have help in dealing with these issues and moving forward to a better place.
Even Olympians have their own personal struggles, but they find ways to deal with them in order to move forward. This included Shawn Johnson, and she wanted to share her experiences with the world in order that her experiences may be of benefit to other people.
