My 19th Actifit Report Card: January 14 2023

Today was a very busy day. I reached about 10,000 steps. I mainly did daily activities in the company and when I returned, I walked and returned home by bus.

The weather is very cold at this time compared to previous years, all the offices were closed today and tomorrow due to the lack of gas. But our company is a private company and this holiday was not included.
For the past few days, I was involved in following up on one of the second category projects that I had received. I will deliver the work by tomorrow.

In the following, I put a summary of the situation regarding my goals. Unfortunately, I did not make progress regarding the goal of the fourth row, i.e. weight loss. This issue worries me a lot.
