Less food = more energy. My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2025

I have completed my second week of intermittent fasting, and the changes are becoming noticeable. In addition to losing 1.5 kilos, I sleep better during the 6 hours of sleep I get every day.
Something significant about all this change is my energy levels; I feel less and less tired, despite all my daily activities. In fact, I achieve my 10K goal almost every day, but I'm busier and don't get my reports done on time.

The best part is that even though I have to work with temptation right in front of me, when my fasting time begins, there's no way I can break it, which strengthens my willpower.

He culminado mi segunda semana aplicando el ayuno intermitente y los cambios se van haciendo notar. Además de haber bajado 1.5 kilos, duermo mejor las 6 horas de sueño que hago diarias.

Algo significativo de todo este cambio es la energía, sintiéndome cada vez menos cansada, a pesar de toda la actividad diaria. De hecho, casi todos los días logro la meta de los 10K, solo que me ocupo de más y no hago los reportes a tiempo.
Lo mejor, es que a pesar de tener que trabajar con la tentación inclusive en las manos, cuando comienza mi tiempo de ayuno, no hay manera que lo rompa, fortaleciendo con eso mi fuerza de voluntad.
