It's something many people do, with the aim of starting the new year without emotional baggage, or to make room for the things they want to come into their lives. In my case, I used to do it when I was in my home country, but when I emigrated and started from scratch, there was very little I had to get rid of.

However, if we look closely, there are many things that we have become attached to, and even though they may be small, they drain our energy!

So, I have taken on the task of going through drawers, bags, and suitcases at home, and I have been throwing away a lot of things that I am amazed I have accumulated.

The good thing about all this is that I am becoming aware of many messages I send to the universe that are far from what I really want for myself.

Limpieza de fin de año

Usualmente es algo que muchos hacen, con la visión de empezar el nuevo año sin cargas emocionales, o para hacer espacio a las cosas que desean que lleguen.

En mi caso, lo hacía mientras estaba en mi país, pero al emigrar y empezar todo desde cero, era muy poco lo que tenía para deshacerme.

Sin embargo, si nos ponemos a buscar bien, hay muchas cosas que nos han generado apegos, y que aunque sean pequeñas, nos restan energías!

Así que me he dado a la tarea de revisar en casa, cajones, bolsas, maletas y he ido sacando una gran cantidad de cosas que me impresiona cómo he llegado a acumular.

Lo bueno de todo esto, es que estoy haciendo consciente muchos mensajes que envío al universo y que distan mucho de lo que realmente deseo para mi.
