My Actifit Report Card: November 15 2021
Monday, the weekend is over, it is the resumption of the week at work. In the morning, I had a doctor’s appointment for a routine visit and an electrocardiogram. Everything is fine, I am healthy. At lunch, I had an intervention in a recreation center with children aged 8 to 10 to make scientific challenges. At the beginning of the afternoon I had a meeting with an animator to prepare my interventions on the year with children from 4 to 6 years for a botanical project. We will observe plants and seeds and then do some planting. After I went home, I did my walking on the treadmill with the small bonus run. Everything went rather well despite my back which is starting to make me suffer. A beautiful day full.
