I ditched the car today. Not literally in a ditch, but it went as planned. Sometimes time is plentiful enough to allow for the super rich move of walking as a hermit through the desert...

This was in between. I did not feel as wealthy as the proverbial hermit but I went for cycling, perhaps about 30 to 40 km or so for the day...because of how different it feels to go through most of the city like that and because of the fitness effect.

Drowned that last one in beers and other not so cleansing drinks then, didn't we?

Well, working on that balance and self control thing. At least now I have one side of the formula right.
