My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2022

Last rays over the woods and rooftops to touch the basketball 🏀 resting after a whole game of being thrown around and bounced off asphalt.

It started with some force of will and pushes against a full after dinner man's  nature. But the threshold I managed to go through and it went quite a bit more downhill from there.

I crushed those kids, one on three, one of them taller than me and probably not in 8th grade, yet.

Well, I also hope I inspired some competitive spirits in them.
