By the time I took a shot at the crows, most of them were already out of sight.

And in the afternoon, as I was being challenged by a couple of youngsters at the street basketball court, the murder of crows returned in force. Great numbers of them covered the sky but I decided to not play the dumb adult who would point at the sky with a smartphone camera. I decided to be the cool old dude who would play his best basketball and crush the kids, using the crows as a background.

A pity there was no other dude with any camera to take advantage of my dedicated performance.

It went far from great, by the way. I need more practice like this.

I've got a basket ball hoop in my driveway! I used to use it quite a bit. Now, alas, my boys are too cool for dad, and I'm too Canadian to go out there on my own with a basketball.

Well, if you want to win that ring, you have to. Just make one thousand shots and then you can go back inside.

I got no driveway, otherwise...I'd often be there. Alone and happy that nobody spoils my game for me ;)
