Stay or be forced to stay?, Messi announces that he is still on the Barca

Good morning dear community of hive, I wanted to upload this post since yesterday when it became official that Messi will stay in the FC. Barcelona, unfortunately due to time constraints I could not do it but today I am here to share with you the news regarding this decision taken by the Argentinean footballer, so you can know his point of view and opinion about this.

I must begin by reminding you that a couple of weeks ago, rumors began to circulate that Lionel Messi, an Argentinean soccer player who has been playing for Barcelona in Spain for more than 15 years, had decided to leave the team. This was said for several days until approximately one week ago, when it became known that Messi had sent a fax announcing to FC Barcelona that he wanted to leave the team and that he felt that he had contributed all that he could to this team.

There were long days of rumors and meetings between Barcelona's board of directors and Messi's representatives, to reach an agreement regarding the departure of the Argentinean player. It was even said that Messi's possible destination was England's Manchester City, of which it was initially said that Messi would arrive after finishing his relationship with Barcelona, then mention that this club would pay an economic sum of about 100 million euros or the inclusion of some players in the operation to achieve hire Lionel Messi, this was what was supposed to happen and what the vast majority of media took for granted, until today that Messi officially stay in the Catalan club until the end of next season and then if you could go free to the club he wants.

All this happened because it was supposed that Messi could go freely at the end of this season and in the end the directors of Barcelona did not want to give him freedom despite the fact that it was something stipulated in the contract of Messi, that every year at the end of the season the player had in his hands the decision to stay one more year or go to the team he wanted for free, which in the end did not occur, and Messi not to create more problems and not reach the level of the courts with the club of his life because he took the decision to stay.

My opinion

Ok after the above mentioned now comes my opinion regarding this:

I must say first of all that I have been a fan of FC Barcelona for many years, and since I can remember I have seen Messi making history in this club and it has always been difficult for me to imagine Barca without Messi or Messi without Barca, I think many fans of Barcelona will feel the same, but I must say that although I think Messi is the best player in history, or at least the best I have seen in my life, first of all I am a fan of Barcelona, far above any player, and that I will always prefer my team above all things, and if Messi decided to leave I think that his decision is totally acceptable and should be respected, obviously thanking them for all he has done for Barcelona and all the effort he has dedicated to the boat, but we know that at some point Messi will leave, either because he retires or a case like this that only has one year left on his contract and that next year he will go to another team for free, and this should and must be accepted by all the fans of the boat.

I must say that I find it deplorable and shameful what the board of directors of Barcelona has done trying to keep him by force, when the best thing for both parties (Messi and Barcelona) was to end the relationship between them. I say this because if Messi goes England for example, the best player in our history will be given a dignified exit, In addition, a good economic sum would have been deposited for his transfer or even he could have brought some players which would have fallen wonderfully to Barcelona, which did not happen, and now Messi will have to stay a little to dislike in Barcelona, will go free next year and the club will not get any economic benefit from it.

Conclusion

My conclusion from this whole situation is that the president of Barcelona Josep Maria Bartomeu is the worst shame of all, the board of directors of Barcelona is the worst in history, as it is possible that in recent years have been dedicated to destroying the economy of Barcelona to the point that they have thrown players who have wanted to be in the club by the putting back and without almost receiving a penny for them, and players like Messi (that I do not criticize it for wanting to leave eye) that have given everything to the team and that believe that it is already moment to give a step to the side and to leave space to begin a new project, and that in addition could leave good money to the club so that it is restructured of a good way with its exit they do not let it leave, seems to me deplorable what they did with Messi forcing to stay. But good we hope that this season the Barcelona and Messi have better luck that in the last years and can raise head and obviously titles and of this form Messi can leave by the great putting the year that comes.
